退貨及退款政策

請於食用期限前食用。

存放時,請勿將任何物品放於肉類上或壘起貯存,否則會令肉質出現加速氧化現象而令肉質變色,另外因濕度和氣溫等因素令肉質正常氧化而呈深啡色,其味道與肉質不會改變,可放心食用。 肉類食品的脂肪分佈及比例皆是不能控制的因素,本公司只會以重量為肉類出售價錢的標準。

如送貨有延誤

如於約定的送貨時間因實際情況如交通、地區、天氣及其他因素影響而有所延誤或改期,我們將不會負責由此延誤而引致的任何損失或損壞與賠償。

如貨物有瑕疵或故障、與貨品的說明不相符、客人可以在收貨日期起天2內要求退換或退款。

本公司有權隨時修改以上條款及條件,而無須事前通知。

如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終的決定權。

客人對本公司食品有任何疑問或投訴,請盡快聯絡本公司,如客人未能於兩天內反映有關食品的品質問題或投訴,本公司一概不會受理。

如有任何爭議,極Premium Steak保留最終決定權。

如貨物有瑕疵或故障、品質不達滿意水平、與貨品的說明不相符、或與所訂購的不同,客人可以在收貨日期起天2內要求退換或退款。

Refund and Return Policy

Please consume before the expiry date.

Do not place anything on top of the meat or store it on a soft surface, as this may cause accelerated oxidation and discolouration of the meat. The distribution and proportion of fat in meat is beyond our control and we will only use the weight of the meat as the basis for the price.

In case of delay in delivery

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any delay or re-scheduling of the agreed delivery time due to traffic, location, weather or other factors.

If the goods are defective or faulty, or do not conform to the description of the goods, the customer may request an exchange or refund within 2 days from the date of receipt.

The Company reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final.

If you have any questions or complaints about our food products, please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not report any quality problems or complaints within two days, we will not entertain them.
